3.7. Banned Email Accounts
When trying to create a new account, or change your account, you may get an error message stating that an email address is banned. This has happened because of previous abuse or problems associated with that email address or domain name and the system has blocked further use. Please read the AlertMail Terms of Service which outlines what is acceptable use of the system. If you feel this address is being incorrectly banned, please contact our HelpDesk.
